1. Booking Policy
• All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, phone, or authorized representatives.
• To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the journey.
• Rudra Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received on time.
2. Payment Terms
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other approved payment methods.
• Prices mentioned are per person unless specified otherwise.
• Package prices may change depending on availability, travel dates, and hotel category.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date.
• Advance payments are non-refundable in peak season unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.
4. Changes in Itinerary
• Rudra Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, or safety reasons.
• We will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements of equal value.
5. Travel Risks and Responsibilities
• Travel to destinations like Kedarnath and Char Dham involves mountainous terrain and weather risks.
• Customers are responsible for their physical fitness and health.
• Rudra Holidays is not responsible for injuries, illness, accidents, natural disasters, or delays beyond our control.
6. Hotel and Transport
• Hotels and vehicles are provided based on availability and package category.
• Hotel check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
• Any damage caused by the customer must be paid directly to the hotel or service provider.
7. Helicopter Services
• Helicopter bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Rudra Holidays is not responsible for helicopter delays or cancellations.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
• Carry valid ID proof
• Follow travel guidelines and instructions
• Respect local customs and laws
• Make timely payments
9. Liability Limitation
Rudra Holidays acts only as a travel organizer. We are not responsible for:
• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Accidents or personal losses
10. Force Majeure
Rudra Holidays shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including:

11. Pricing Policy
• Prices may change without prior notice due to fuel cost, hotel availability, or government taxes.
• Confirmed bookings will not be affected after full payment.
